Open Enrollment ends January 15, 2026

Make sure you’re covered and get help applying and picking a plan before Open Enrollment ends.  January 15, 2026, is the last day to enroll or change plans to start on February 1.  After that, you can enroll or change plans only if you have a life-changing event, like divorce or having a baby. Such events qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period.
